Kabhi na kabhi aapke kaano me bhi awwaj aayi hogi ,jaise siti ,kaano me awwaj aati hai ,zhanjhanahat,buzz, to iss tarah ki awaaj ke problems ko medical language me TINNITUS  kaha jata hai.

TINNITUS ke kya karan hai ?

Tinnitus ke hone ka mukhya karan hai:-

kaan ke koi rog jase wax ka fasna ,Bohot sari gandagi ka jama ho jana,
 Tumor ho jata hai kaan ke ander , kaan ke parde me kisi tarah ka chhend ,
aur ya bahari parjivi ka chala jana ,kisi v tarah ka infection ,andruni chhot aadi.

.Kya kare tinnitus ho jaye to ?

Tinnitus  ka ahsaas hoti he doctor se salah le sakte hai ,lekin kabhi kabhi aesa hota hai ki iska ilaj karne  ke baad v awaajp ka aana rah jaata hai aese me jarurat hogi ki aap dhyan rakhe , jada shor wale jagaho se door rahe deeme awwaj me tinnitus ko kaam karne ke audio internet pe bohot se mill jayenge unhe sune , ho sake ho apne kaano me headphones audio less laga ke rakhe

RAAT ke wakt  sant kamre me yah awaj jhoro se sunai deti hai esliye  tinnitus ki awaj ko ignore karne ke liye gaane sun sakte hai

Sarso ke tel (mustard oil) me lasoon ke 5 se 6 tukde daale aur usme thoda sa hing daal kar use thoda der atche se garam kar le , uske baad use thanda kar ke kisi saaf botal ,me rakhe subah oil ko halka gahram kare aur fir  3 se 4 boond (drop) dono kaano me daale aur kuch derr tak rahne de , aesa kam se kaam ek saptah roj kare .


 Yog kare : Kapalbhati,dhyan , Anulom  iss tarah  ke rogo  liye kafi madadgaar sabit sote hai esliye rojana esliye yog wah madiatation karna sabhi ke liye bohot jaruri hai ,man sant rakhe chita tanao ke bachne ki kosis karen.

 Kisi v tarah ke nashe se door rahe, Pan masala zarda aapke tinnitus ki samasya ko aur jada badha sakta hai .
