कोरोना वायरस (CORONAVIRUS)के लक्षण  कही आप को तो नहीं है ? जाने क्या है जिसके लक्षण :


कई  सहरो में तहलका  मचा रहा यह वायरस को लेकर अब  भी सतर्कता बढ़ती जा रही है।  देश की राजधानी दिल्ली समेत मुंबई ,चेन्नई ,बेंगलुरु ,हैदराबाद और कोलकत्ता हवाई अड्डों पर स्पेशल थर्मल स्कैनिंग की व्यवस्था की गयी है ,चीन और हॉंकॉंग से आए यात्रियों की थर्मल जांच की जाएगी।

कहा से सुरु हुआ ये कोरोना वायरस। 

इंटरनेशनल मीडिया रिपोर्ट के मुताबित 2019 के दिसम्बर महीने चीन के  बुहान  सहर के नॉनवेज मार्केट  से कोरोना वायरस पैदा हुआ आकलन के मुताबित यहाँ बेचे जा रहे जंगली जानवरो के शरीर में ये वायरस था जो नॉनवेज खाने वालो तक बोहोच गया , वही शुरुआती रिसर्च में मना गया की ये वायरस साँपो  के जरिये इंसानो में फैला है यहाँ तक ये व् कहा जा रहा है चमगादड़ो  से फैला ये वायरस अन्य जानवर में भी हो सकता है किसी भी जानवर का मास खाने से बचे। 

कोरोना वायरस के लक्षण क्या है ?

सबसे पहले कोरोना वायरस के लक्षण है :

सरदर्द ,नाक बहना इसके अलावा नाक से हमेशा पानी निकलना ,गले में खराश रहता है ,बुखार भी रहता है ,बार बार छींके आना खासी आती है बिखर बोहोत ज्यादा बाद जाता है ,अस्थमा का बिगड़ जाना। 

थकान का महसूस होना ,आपको लगता है की आप बोहोत जल्दी थक जाते है तो आप इसे ग्रसित हो सकते है डॉक्टर की सलाह ले। 
फेफड़ो में सूजन आ जाती हसी कोरोना वायरस की वजह से ,निमोनिया हिना भी कोरोना वायरस के लक्षण है जिसे से पता चलता है की ये कोरोना वायरस के लक्षण है।

अधपके भोजन का सेवन न करे अच्छे तरह से पके हुए हे खाये ,

नॉनवेज से दुरी बनाये रखे क्युकी जानवरो से ये वायरस फ़ैलने की संभावना ज्यादा है,

सी फ़ूड खाने से बचना चाहिए ,बूचड़खाने यानि के मीट मारकेट जहा मास बिकता हो वहा  न जाये या जानेसे बचे ,
साबुन से हाथ धोये कुछ भी खाने से पहले।

  भारत के कई सहरो में इस वायरस से बचाव के लिए कई तरह के तयारी सुरु हो चुकी है ,विदेश से आने जाने वालो लोगो पे नजर राखी जा रही है   उनकी निष्पक्ष जांच हो रही है , खास कर चीन से आये लोगो को ध्यान में रखा जा रहा है। 

कोरणा वायरस एक वायरल इन्फेक्शन है इसलिए  किसी अनुचित जगह पे जाते वक्त मास्क पहनने की सलाह दी जा रही है , खासते या छिक़ते  वक्त रुमाल का इस्तेमाल करे ये वायरस एक व्यक्ति से दूसरे व्यक्ति तक फ़ैल सकती है इसलिए सावधानिया बरतना बोहोत जरुरी है
