                      (LATEST)  सूचना का अधिकार   (R.T.I) सूचना का अधिकार (RTI) भारत का संसद का कार्य है ,जो नागरिको के लिए सूचना का अधिकार का व्यावहारिक शासन स्तापित करने के लिए प्रदान करता   है और सूचना की स्वतंत्रता अधिनियम , २००२  की जगह लेता है l इस कानून को संसद सूचना का अधिकार या जानकारी का अधिकार या यहां तक कि सूचना का अधिकार भारत के संविधान के तहत एक मौलिक अधिकार नहीं है। ARTICLE 19 (1) (a) के तहत भारत का संविधान क्या अभिव्यक्ति और अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता की गारंटी देता है, यह व्यक्तियों को संबंध पढ़ने का अधिकार भी प्रदान करता है और कहा गया भाषण प्राप्त करता है, लेकिन यह अधिकार ARTICLE  (2)   के तहत लगाई गई सीमाओं के अधीन है, जो राज्य को उचित लागू करने का अधिकार देता है प्रतिबंध।  यह प्रतिबंध ऐसे हैं जो विदेशी राज्य सार्वजनिक व्यवस्था शालीनता के साथ राज्य के अनुकूल संबंध की सुरक्षा और न्यायालय और देश की अखंडता और संप्रभुता की अवमानना मानहानि करते हैं।  संविधान के तहत प्रदान की गई अभिव्यक्ति और भाषण की स्वतंत्रता का उद्देश्य निम्नलिखित उद्देश्य को प्राप्त करना

                         Public  Interest Litigation  Public interest litigation is a tool by a public spirited citizen or social justice organisations can seek remedy   from the competent court, where any of the constitutional right, mainly the fundamental rights, of any citizen has been encroached or or infringed by the state or any other authority, on behalf of that citizen or for common cause. WHAT IS SECTION 144 OF THE INDIAN PENAL CODE ? Section 144 is  a derogatory form of 143 of Indian panel code .this section expressly provide for Punishment  for a person who breaches public peace with weapon or deadly weapons such as pistol,guns ,spears sword ranging from daggers,Kirpan ,and thorns etc. This section provide punishment for a person who is armed with a deadly weapons in an lawful assembly.
