      Physical exercise is a sound requisite  for persons  sound, mental physical health .
      the stress the strain of modern day life make the people lazy and tired . on the one                hand the lack of physical exercise due to the use of modern gadget and no free time ,
      on the others ,make man unhealthy .
      exercise helps man to keep fit and not fall an easy prey to various ailments .
      exercise is necessary for people of all ages ,all occupation and all nationalities .



      physical exercise need not be vary energetic . It is enough if it is regular For example ,
      walking early morning is  good not only for one`s health but for one`s spirit too.
      By breathing in the fresh morning air ,one`s is prepare for the activities of the day and            becomes mentally  alert and active .
     The modern age is an age of advanced technology which requires less physical energy        but involves a lot of mental stress . Moreover with the complication of of modern day life       and the rat race which education has become ,due to peoples sky high ambition ,students     are tense and ever alert straining their nerves theirs bodies and their egos. 



People however become conecious and do try to keep Themselves  physically fit good look go with physical fitness .  Yoga,meditation,aerobic exercise swimming, Latin American dancing jogging and walking finding many takers . television games shows have gone a long way to make people conscious of their physical and mental health sloth and laziness have become almost forgotten world in the dictionary of youngsters . Even old people try to fight arthritis ,high pressure ,stiff joints and stress ,by exercise . Outdoor tennis,kabaddi, etc.are exercise physical exercise.


Physical exercise improve our our health. It makes our body strong and active .A sound mind in a sound body is a source of happiness ,Health is wealth .
